Here is just a sample of some of the buyers we’re working with right now.

My team and I are proudly representing several pre-approved homebuyers with whom we have signed buyer’s agreements; they’re having a hard time finding homes in this fast-paced, low-inventory market. To match their needs, I’m reaching out to see if you or anyone you know is even so much as considering selling within the next few months.

Many of our buyers have a flexible timeline, so our team can negotiate rent-backs or delayed closings to ensure that sellers have time to find a new home for themselves; they’ll even let you stay in your home until you find the next property that suits your needs so you can avoid having to move twice. Let me introduce you to some awesome buyers who just might be the perfect fit for your home selling needs:

James is looking for a home (minimum: 2,000 square feet) in the Chesterfield area with no HOA. He needs four bedrooms and two baths for under $300,000.

Alex, on the other hand, is searching for a home in the downtown area, such as in the Fan, Willow Lawn, or the Mary Munford school district. Ideally, Alex would like his next property to have a finished basement or finished third floor, and he’s willing to spend up to $500,000.

Daniel and Mary are retiring, and they’re looking for a maintenance-free or low-maintenance home in the West End. They really love the West Broad Village, Wyndham, and Saunders Station neighborhoods. Their budget is up to $450,000.

Martha would love a home in the Midlothian area that’s under $200,000 and offers single-story living (e.g., a ranch- or cape-style structure with a first-floor master bedroom). She needs at least three bedrooms total and 1.5 bathrooms.

Dustin and Joy are searching for a home in Chesterfield, but are open to other areas as well. They would like at least three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a newer-built home (less than 10 years old), and their budget is up to $315,000.

Anthony and his wife are searching for a home in the Thomas Dale District where their two boys attend high school. They’d like four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and their budget is up to $350,000. They must have a garage, and they are hoping for an open floor plan.

Andi and Josh are looking primarily in Chesterfield but are open to other areas as well. They’d like a home that’s over 1,200 square feet and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large garage (Josh loves restoring and working on cars).

Lastly, Brittany is a first-time homebuyer searching in the Freeman or Tucker High School District but is willing to explore the Forest Hill area as well. She’s looking for two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, and she’s already been approved for $230,000 to $260,000.

These are just some of the HUNDREDS of buyers our team is working with who are searching for their perfect home. So again, if you or anyone you know is considering a 2021 home sale, we have vetted buyers who would love to learn more. As always, reach out to us if you have any questions or real estate needs of your own, and our team will be more than happy to help.
