We need your help. Our team has several pre-approved and committed buyers who are ready and willing to purchase a home right now. Many of these buyers can offer rent-backs for several months after closing to allow sellers time to find another home. Let us know if your home fits any of these criteria:

1. Steven. He’s looking for a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in the west end of Hanover,  in a price range up to $300,000. Steven is an investor, so he can give as much time as needed after closing for their sellers to find another home.

2. Amy and Sam. They’re seeking a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, preferably in the Spring Run Elementary school district in Midlothian. They are approved for $360,000 and can allow sellers to stay through the end of June.

3. Chris and Sally. They’re looking for a ranch-style or one-story home with three bedrooms and two baths in or near the Manakin Farm subdivision. They would love to have a screen porch if possible. They’ve been approved for $450,000, and they can also give a seller three months to find another home.

4. John. John wants a 3,500+ square-foot home with a walkout basement and a large yard in Western Chesterfield or West End Henrico. He is approved for $800,000 and can give the sellers through the end of May to move out.

5. Courtney and Kenny. This couple is looking for a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home on a half-acre or more of land in Eastern Powhatan and Western Chesterfield. They are approved for $250,000 and can give a seller up to six months to find another home.

These are just some of our committed buyers. We have at least 10 other buyers in similar situations that will buy now and can allow additional time for the sellers to find another home.
